Open Box products are those products that are either demonstration items or just returned and un-used items. We carry these products with the following limited warranty and terms:
Massage Chairs – three months of manufacturer’s warranty. No refunds or returns. We offer exchange for the same product or similar product of the same value within the three month warranty period if the product is found not working to specification.
Massage Tables: We make sure that the products are as described on delivery. Customer can refuse delivery or pickup on inspection. These are final sales so no return, no refund and no exchanges are available after delivery.
