To qualify for a price match, the following conditions must be met:
The product must be identical to the one sold by Clear Bay, including the brand, model, and specifications. On exceptional basis, we can assist in reducing the cost of ownership if the product of our competitor is comparable in specification of our product and the customer chooses our product.
The product must be in stock and available for purchase from a local competitor or online retailer that can deliver to the customer’s address.
The competitor’s price must be current and advertised in a local store or on their website. We reserve the right to verify the competitor’s price and availability.
The price match request must be made before the purchase.
Price match is only applicable to the current price and does not apply to previous purchases.
Price match cannot be combined with any other promotional offers or discounts.
To request a price match, customers must present proof of the competitor’s price, such as an advertisement or a screenshot of the product and the price. We reserve the right to refuse price matching if we determine that the competitor’s price is below our cost.
We reserve the right to modify or cancel this policy at any time. This policy applies only to products sold by Clear Bay and does not apply to services, clearance items, refurbished or open-box items, or products sold by third-party sellers.
