There are general guidelines that recommend the following: 150 minutes a week for moderate aerobic activities or 75 minutes a week for intensive aerobic activities; Strength exercises at least twice a week for all major muscle groups. Confucius stated that "Balance is the perfect state of still water. Let that be our model. It remains quiet within and is not disturbed on the surface."  It takes inner balance to make a true balanced life. Meditation is one of the ways we often employ to achieve our inner peace.
